Exhibit
We are expecting an audience of 300 at this year’s event. Animal Place’s Farmed Animal Conference provides an excellent opportunity for vegan and/or eco-friendly businesses and non-profit organizations to reach a large audience of compassionate consumers.
Exhibitors are allotted a 10x10 space. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and canopy tents. Access to electrical outlets will not be available. Exhibitors may have up to 2 representatives. If more than 2 representatives will attend the event, additional tickets need to be purchased.
All exhibitors must adhere to vegan guidelines out of respect for Animal Place’s residents and mission. All products sold, sampled and/or displayed must be vegan (free from all animal-based products). We respectfully request that your organization not solicit donations at the event as this is a fundraising benefit for Animal Place sanctuary, but you can sell merchandise.
Exhibitors must arrive and set up between 3:00pm-7:00pm on Friday evening or between 7:00am- 9:00am on Saturday morning. Vehicles will not be allowed down the main road after 9:00am on Saturday. You will be provided ONE parking pass, as space is limited. We ask that all exhibitors wait until after the last workshop Sunday evening before taking down their exhibit.
